Make peace = iungere pacem (+cum)

Maybe you should use the expression, because "accipere" means sth different a bit. Am I right?

And I have a question. Why did you use the passive voice in a dependent clause(pereatur?)

yes, you are right with all your suggestion. I meant "pereat", not "pereatur".

cum quo fuit --> cum praeteritis tuis

quod est - it is not bad, but too ambiguous I guess. If I can suggest you sth: "praesentia pereant" or "tempus praesens pereat"

I suggest not to use "ita" if you want a final clause; if you want a consecutive clause, you should use "ita ut non".

Efylove is right. Here we need a consecutive clause, so I'll replace "ne" with "ut...non".
