It's wrong. But I see that the difference between "prisao, cadeia, penitenciaria" in Portuguese is hard to translate into Turkish. I need the translation of this Portuguese text in English.

Hi, barok!

I figure what you mean!

If I can help, anyway:

"Prisão" -> A generic word to name a place where (supposed) criminals are sent after being arrested.

"Penitenciária" -> It's specifically the place when criminals already convicted pay for their penalties

"Cadeia" -> It's specifically a provisory place for arrested criminals waiting trial

"Detenção" -> It's a kind of personal freedom deprivement, not as radical as "reclusão". By extension, the word begun to name also the building where the penalty is paid.

Hope it helps our English experts to build a bridge.

turkishmiss is right - "tutsak" is the wrong word here. "hapishane" would be better.
