It's wrong. But I see that the difference between "prisao, cadeia, penitenciaria" in Portuguese is hard to translate into Turkish. I need the translation of this Portuguese text in English.

I figure what you mean!

If I can help, anyway:

"Prisão" -> A generic word to name a place where (supposed) criminals are sent after being arrested.

"Penitenciária" -> It's specifically the place when criminals already convicted pay for their penalties

"Cadeia" -> It's specifically a provisory place for arrested criminals waiting trial

"Detenção" -> It's a kind of personal freedom deprivement, not as radical as "reclusão". By extension, the word begun to name also the building where the penalty is paid.

turkishmiss is right - "tutsak" is the wrong word here. "hapishane" would be better.
