This is a proverb: "em boca fechada não entra mosca".

But litterally it means:

who keeps silent about everything*,(s/he) has got/achieves gifts/rewards of peace

*keeps silent about everything = gives no reply to anything

These are official translations, Lilly:

Quem tudo silencia, tem a garantia da paz.
Quem cala, escusa baralha.
Quem cala, não quer barulho.
Em boca fechada não entra mosca.

But they are not literal at all...
