You have made a very cute Swedish translation, although a little improper. If you say "Du vacker?" (= 'Are you beautiful?') to a Swedish woman you would experience a hard time afterwards.

If it is formal Portuguese then I would suggest another use of words in Swedish:
Hejsan, är allt bra, snyggaste.

Sorry. I googled all the expressions and checked a Swedish Expressions book and they pointed it as right (for a very informal way).
'hej, du vacker' like a girl sais to a guy: hey, handsome.

I've heard it from a Swedish girl in a movie.
And pussar, kyssar sounds like 'beijos', not 'beijinhos'.

You could say Hej, du vackre!(notice r and e) To a man, that is equal to "Hi, beautiful/handsome/gorgeous!".To a woman then it is not a proper Swedish language. It should be followed by a substantive like: "Hej, du vackra kvinna!". Just "Hej, du vackra!" could go but is not proper. "Hej du vacker!" would be considered very "blattigt" if you've heard the word before?

Kyssar är bara mer ålderdomligt (old fashioned) och upplevs distanserat, så jag skulle välja 'pussar' här. Om man vill vara artig så skall man undvika 'pussar, kyssar och älskar dig' som avslutningsfras och istället skriva "kära hälsningar/vänliga hälsningar".
