Yes this transliteration is alright. There're English words - validity and recharge. But then it not a normal talk, its an example of an SMS or text sent on mobile phone. Since not all phones support Hindi charset, these messages are sent in Latin letters like this, often using a mixture of Hindi and English known as 'Hinglish'.
