This is according to the Finnish Bible translation from 1992. The goal of this translation was readability understandability, sometimes at cost of artistic expression.
the earlier edition (1933/1938)would give you a more classical and much more poetic option:
Ei ole juoksu nopsain vallassa, ei sota urhojen, ei leipä viisaitten, ei rikkaus ymmärtäväisten eikä suosio taitavain vallassa, vaan aika ja kohtalo kohtaa kaikkia.
I would have been happy if you had also given "the address" where to find it in the bible as you seem to know it. However, more important is that you recognized the citation, very well done. And furthermore, I have no reason to suspect the translation because it sounds fine indeed.
