However, I am afraid "can I give money" would be wrong. That would be "para verebilir miyim?".

In addition to what I wrote above, "para alabilecek miyim?" could be translated as:

Will I be able to get any money?
Will I be able to receive any money?

etc.

Hi Ahmet,

the only thing that should be edited in your translation is the line "Am I able to get any money?". It should be "Will I be able to get any money?", for in the original text, the future tense is used.

Ah, sorry, there is one more thing:

My sibling says that you will ask me [to come] over there --> You told my sibling that you will ask me [to come] over there.
