Google suggests that this is an allusion to Cardcaptor Sakura, and that the correct sentence is "Nanji no arubeki sugata ni modore!".

In that case, it means
Return to the original shape/looks you should have!
Which makes perfect sense, like the guy is trying to magically return a shape-shifter, say, to his original form.
