I have changed 'costumer' into 'customer' 
I was also wondering if the first sentence should not read
Your customer reference number is 12345.
There is nothing gramatically wrong with 'will be', it just seems to make more sense as 'is'. Anyway, I have set a poll to get some people to tell us what they think | | |

yes of course you can change "costumer" with "costumer" :-) ...and also "will be" with "is".
I translated "will be" because in the german sentence there was a future form...
Trolletje ..."All future correspondence" is correct too...
There are several expressions we can use without changing the meaning...
