It seems to me that this sentence has no verb, it's incomplete.
Could you identify the verb, please?

there isn't any.
its a sentence as it would appear in a resumé, listing past job experiences, etc..
okoboko explained this in the remarks, in turkish though: "Bir iş tanımı olacak şekilde yazılmıştır. Görüldüğü gibi özne içermemektedir"
