do you think, the meaning as 'Kuzey Kutup Dairesi bir araya getiriyor' is right, or it should be
something like 'yetersizlik/kıtlık/açlık dongüsü büyüyor'?

"Scarctic Circle Gathering" is intro of the "Lordi" albums.They're from Finland,so it can be meaning of "Kuzey Kutup Dairesi".

TheZimzik, maybe you're right! but, I'm confused about this part...that's why I've asked for kafetzou's help.

"scarctic" has no meaning - Lordi (the group that sings these lyrics) made it up. "kuzey kutup" is "arctic", right? Well, I have no idea if there's a connection to this word. I would've said maybe it's a combination between "sacred" and "arctic" (and maybe "scary"?), but I'd just be guessing. I think it should be left as "scarctic".

maybe last two lines are combined, like: "Once again we shall begin, the scarctic circle gathering."
