The English is very good, just one little edit at the beginning, maybe it would be better to put "Not being able" rather than "Not to be able".

I've set a poll because I don't speak any Turkish (yet)

I think "wouldn't it " would be more suitable than "isn't it"

I agree with Rant and I think that second type of if clause would be more appropriate here.
Like this:

"If I spoke English to communicate with you, it would be so good, wouldn't be sweet girl"

Maybe we should use "could", which may convey the meaning better:
"If I could speak English..."

I totally agree that "wouldn't it" would be more appropriate here. "Could" would be more difficult to incorporate I think.

Just did one last, little edit (replaced "be" with "it" => "wouldn't it", and I've validated.
