Just some very tiny edits before I set a poll:

1. But even though somebody came into possession of something in good faith, he was not entitled to the ownership rights, for example, if he had acquired a free man, an object sacrified to gods or object of worship, or an escaped slave.

Try not to use the shortened form "n't" unless it is in reported speech. I removed a comma to help with the readability in English.
