Yes I think it makes sense in Turkish (I don't know Portuguese ) but I need it's English to decide

A possible correction to the Portuguese original would be "eu desejo que vocé esteja aqui dentro agora", what would give "I wish you to be here within now" in English.

mmmm.... you've changed the places of two words, so "within now" would mean "immediately", isn't it?

No... "I wish you to be here inside now". "Inside" is related to "here".
