Couldn't we use "Merhaba" and "teşekkür(ler)" instead, before releasing the text to translation?
Dear experts in Turkish, I'm asking you, as I wouldn't know how to place these two words in the sentence, due to the difference of syntax we got between languages like French or English, and Turkish...

Do you mean that we can translate the two words and add into the text? If so, yes we can write the text like "Merhaba, teşekkürler".... But "arkadaşlarınızın bana sahip için." is a really faulty sentence.
IMO, It might be "Merhaba. Teşekkürler, arkadaşlarınız bana sahip çıktığı için..."
