wouldn't the text be more like this in english
'I row,I tremble, I hear (or feel)'
using the pronoun before each verb.
Like "Veni, Vidi, Vinci" (though majestatic plural).

Nor in your Latin example (by the way, it's Vici and it's not plural).
So I left both in English and in Swedish the implied pronouns, after the first that was mandatory.
If you feel that in Swedish it would be better to use all the three pronouns repeated, just do it You're the expert
Thank you

I think it is more appropriate in this kind of text. I think it is a song text by Josh Groban.
But I wouldn't say that your translation is wrong in any way. If it was in a swedish academic text or in literature it would be written: Jag ror, skakar och hör. The pronoun would not be repeated. (Remember that if you speak swedish!) I'll though edit with repeated 'jag', in this case.

The text is strange anyway,
