No idea. I sent
a message
to the proposer warning her that the text was meaningless.
Actually, it may be "chirping" it seems that is a sort of pun about sun (what should be shining) and birds (which could be chirping)

She might write the verbs in the wrong places:
"the sun is shining, the birds are churping", (no idea about "churp" though)

I think she meant "chirping", and the verbs are mixed up on purpose. The translation looks perfect to me.
