Hi Mideia, Hi Evulitsa,
Yes, it's a kind of expression used exclusively in Spain and in this case it's spelled "ostia" without the "h" (but of course derived from that "hostia" we were refering to.)
It's used to show surprise.
I think Evulitsa's translation is perfect.
