Hi Lilly
This is a really weird phrase so I'm not very surprised that it comes from a song.
There is a typo in word "giggle" which, takes a double g.
I've translated it into French try and "explain" what it means:
"J'ai le tournis en trémoussant tandis que je coupe en rigolant"
