Title
my face is really swollen
Translation
English

Translated by kafetzou
Target language: English

...my face is really swollen because my tooth got inflamed; I had a small operation. I just want to sleep all the time. I can't go out. :)
How was your night?
Remarks about the translation
The last word is a term of endearment, something like "my dear", but it could be said between friends, which we don't do in English, so I left it off lest it be misleading.

Also, the original text has no capital letters, so I left them off the translation too.

Hi kafetzou, maybe you can only edit the last part because she must be talking about a specific night instead of talking in general.
It might be "How was your last night?"
I don't think we should say "..my love" but couldn't we say only "dear" at the end of the sentence?

Thanks, merdogan and cheesecake - I misread the word "gecen" as "geçen" - I've fixed it. As for the capital letters and the addition of "dear" on the end, please read my comments under the translation. We would only say "dear" if it were mother to daughter or between (old) lovers.
