Remarks about the translation
I've seen Carpe Omnis, Carpe Ominous, etc. I'm looking for the most literal, grammatically correct version. This is going to be ink on my skin forever.. so it's important, haha.

If possible, could someone also tell me what the punctuation would be, if any?

I'd like it to be upbeat and positive.

Did they have exclamation marks in Latin Aneta?

It's ok. You're welcome.
For your curiosity, Ancient Romans didn't use actually neither punctuation nor 'litterae minusculae'. They wrote in caps everything! Without full stops, commas etc.
