"yorgun" yerine, "çok yorgun", "bitkin", "bitap" veya "halsiz" kelimelerinden birini seçemek daha uygun olacaktır.

One more thing, "sürmek" is a little bit obscure, so we may say "ara vermeden araba sürmek/kullanmak" instead of just "sürmek". It gives the exact meaning. What do say Merdogan?
