Hi Efee!
corde non exeunt -->
de
corde non exeunt.
I believe it is more clear with a preposition.
"caeca finis" - another word to the dictionary of Latina nova?
I know "caeca via", but not "caeca finis"?
My suggestion:
caecam finem habent --> caeca via finiunt?
What do you think?

But "Omnes viae...caeca via finiunt" sounds quite reundant, because of that "viae...via".
What about "Omnes viae quae de corde exeunt caecae sunt"?

Omnes viae quae de corde
non
exeunt caecae sunt.
Super! I support the option!
