Hi Aneta, I wonder if "Everything will continue..." would convey the original the same way. That would sound better in English.

Hm, not really, because "sequentur" is directly connected with "te", what means that "all things" will "follow you" or "chase you" or in passive voice: "you will be persued by all things"
