You know that what is important is translating correctly that expression "de vez em sempre". Otherwise the intention of the sentence is lost.

I suggest doing the same in English, I mean joining "sometimes" to "all the time"

What about:
"Parties some-all-the-times are good"
or
"A party some-all-the-times is good"
