o tempo = das Wetter; hier aber besser als "Himmel" (=céu), im Sinne von "das Wetter bessert sich" zu übersetzen.

I've seen you translated "passar" as "fällt", but that isn't the sense. "Passar" means "is gone" ('it was raining, but it has already stopped'), maybe you should use "ist vorbei" or an equivalent.
