Quid fortasse cupias, cum omnia tibi sint? Quod maxime amavisti!

"cum omnia tibi sint?" or "cum nulla re careas?" (the latter, literally "when you are lacking in nothing", seems to me more likely to be said by a Latin native speaker)

I looked it up in my dictionary and it said that -ne, placed after the first word of a question, can be translated as "forse" (maybe, possibly in Italian) .
I find myself translating questions quite rarely (our professor gives us mostly texts about wars and philosophical stuff), so I accept with pleasure your suggestion.
