What do you mean by "Stand in line"?

I don't know. In the original it's something like "there are many of them waiting, so stand in line and wait for your turn", but I'm not sure why it has been put here in this context.

It doesn't make much sense , but perhaps it could be just: "Keep waiting" ?

I'm not sure. It doesn't make much sense in Serbian, too.
