Hello,
how's it going with you in Prague?
The spring has finally arrived in Norway and it's lovely.
My sister will come to Norway on Friday...you know her, don't you? I'm looking forward to the next time I'll visit Prague, and I hope that we can meet again then.
Best regards.
Irma

Hi Pia,

"On Friday will my sister come to Norway, you know her, don't you? I'm looking forward to next time I will go to Praha,"

perhaps it would sound better:

"My sister will come Norway on Friday...you know her, don't you? I'm looking forward to the next time I'll visit Praha (to my next visit to Praha)"

Would any of those change the original meaning?

i'm not completely sure, but think that "Praha" should be "Prague", it's not called "the spring", but just "Spring" or "Springtime". And finally you don't end a letter with "greetings", but with "best regards", "love" etc.
