By what I could learn from the comments "sono leve" (light sleep) would be the literal translation. If you want to wish "good night" to someone say "boa noite" or "durma bem" (sleep well). |

Se é para desejar uma boa noite de sono ao deitar-se, pelo menos aqui no Brasil o mais comum é "Tenha bons sonhos". Não posso afirmar que o mesmo é válido também em Portugal.
