If by "home" you mean "home made", it would be better to put:
"delicious homemade doner kebabs and tuna"

Nice idea, more immediately understandable for an English ear.
The word "home" invokes (other than one's "home" itself), for me, "Old People's home" or "orphanage", so here it would be much more appropriate and catchy to use the word "house".
Can you do the edit fuyaka, then I will validate
