No entendí ni tu voto ni tu mensaje. Dices que la traducción puede ser mejorada, sin embargo tu versión es exactamente igual excepto que le falta la letra mayúscula al principio y el acento en la palabra 'también'

As regards the original Italian text, the first sentence should have been" Tutto bene, anche tu spero". As regards the translation, in the second sentence maybe the first verb should be "voy" and in the last sentence I would have written "envía".
