I guess "that" is not actually necessary at the first sentence. And also it will sound better to say "from now on" instead of "anyway"

"...how many stars I have NOW?" and "I ALREADY have a sky." I think this way is better.

"From now on" is used in a totally different grammar case - it's continuing in the future. The original text has nothing to do with such a form.
