...
C'est dificile a traduire car
"Ñладко" c'est sucré, doux etc.
et "мило" - doux,aimable,gentil,attentionné...

Another kind word we use in France for "ourson", which is more meaning "Teddy bear", is "nounours" (a childish word, still used by grown ups in an affectionate way...)

Bonjour à vous,
Gerinka : en slovaque, ma langue maternelle, Ñладко et мило se disent exactement pareil et le mot aimable en français me paraît disons... trop formel : "C'est aimable à vous". Dans le cadre d'une relation amoureuse, il me semble que gentil est plus approprié.
Ce n'est cependant que mon avis
