You know "cuncta" doesn't mean "complete" but "the whole of", "all together", "all".

I couldn't find the differences between the two words and even with your explanation am not entirely sure of the difference as I interpreted 'cuncta' as 'I am missing part of me, I am not the whole of me'. We can't say "cuncta persona" because the adjective"cunctus-a,-um" can be used only to refer to things eg. terrae cunctae (the whole Earth)
But we say "tota persona" (the whole person) or "integra persona" (the whole person, who doesn't lack anything).
