"Ter juizo" means "to know how judge if somthing or some one is right".
Someone who doesn't have "juizo" is "crazy", because is careless on seeing if it's right or wrong.
It got nothing to do with Law.

"Looking at your face" sounds awkward in English. If the original Portguese is awkward, too, I would say that's OK. But if it sounds normal in the original Portuguese, I would suggest "face to face".

Also, the name is Yalniz, not Yalnis.
