Hi handyy, I've set a poll since the English is perfect, however I want to ask you about that "support" in the last line.
Could it be "help"?
The informality of the note and the general meaning make me think that "support" is too heavy for it.
Also I'd say "I'm really/too bad at English"

Because it is "başarabileceğime" not "başaracağıma", "... I can achieve that" might be more suitable.

I'm going to achieve that --> I'll be able to achieve that

who can support me --> who can help me with this (support would probably be taken to mean financially in this context)
