Is 'Lemon' a name? or is it that familiar 'fool'?

In the actual song, the fiancee is asking her lover to bring a lemon & he brings watermelon. So what she tries to imply is that how foolish ( or actually how innocent) her lover is.

But the word means lemon only & never used in Hindi in the sense of foolish or innocent person either.

That's a weird sentence...I still don't get it. What does the heart have to do with it?
