ترجمة - إسبانيّ -انجليزي - Quien te desea mal ...

What if there would be another punctuation? Like this one : " ¡Qué bueno! Quien te desea mal tiene que soportar que te suceda lo mejor." ? I thought it that way because I see there is no punctuation in the original.
