La deuxième phrase ne voudrait-elle pas dire "mais falou la", avec comme traduction : "mais je ne la parlerai jamais ?"

The kernel of this piece of slang is "falou" ["you've said it"], with the sense "once you've said it, I won't disagree, so it's all OK". "AÃ" ["there"] has only a rhetorical function.
