The traveling is from Israel abroad. It is not clear enough. Otherwise it's great.

"Back and forth" does not convey the original sentence. The speaker is in essence saying that every time he flies abroad and returns to Israel, he feels like he shouldn't be returning. I think the "going abroad" part is critical here.
