What you are saying is "belki sen de moralimi düzeltemezsin/bundan emin değilim". What it is supposed to be, I think, is "even you CANNOT cheer me up".

I don't know Turkish, but I guess, what you mean in English may sound better as:
"Not even you can cheer me up"
