Target language: English
Hi, my dear, how are you?
Remarks about the translation
Literally, it means "Hi, my dear, is everything alright with you?" but we only say that in English when we're concerned about something.

Not that it is at all incorrect (I have in fact already validated it as "correct" ), it´s just a suggestion:
In stead of "is everything alright with you?" maybe simply put "how are you?"

Me too - we usually only ask if everything's all right when we're concerned about something.
