Also cryptana probably should be "cryptanam" (hanc + cryptanam), though there isn't the word in my dictionary. It is Latin from 20th century...

I think "cryptana" is "cryptam" with the confusion NA=M (probably the requester misread an epigraphic text - !! - or made a mistake while writing)
