'Too bad...' sounds much better than 'Regrettably...'

Agree, "too bad" or "I'm sorry" should be used instead of "Regrettably".

Ik zou, ipv "regrettably" kiezen voor: "too bad"(=meer spreektaal) ligt natuurlijk aan de verhouding tussen jou en de ontvanger van deze tekst.
