As the German "Wie kommt's" is more like slang too, I would still prefer my version of "How come". I couldn't think of anything that would suit better.

With Wie kommts? he means How are you,but that's really bad German!

No, I'm sorry but I have to disagree. "How are you" is "Wie geht's" and
not
"Wie kommt's"!
