"almoçar" means to have lunch...so "hai già pranzato?"
I don't know if this word is used in day by day life. I just search for unknown words in a dictionary.

"Mangiare" diz-se para qualquer refeiçao, para o almoço a traduçao seria: "Hai già pranzato?" ou "Hai già fatto pranzo?"
