Hi Miss,
"9 pm" would be better. Also, I'd use "criminal" and dots (...) at the end to show the line is unfinished.

Oops! I forgot.
I was going to suggest an inversion at the end, instead of "isn’t known yet" it would be more accurate: "Is still unknown"
