Hi! Same question as under the French text, subject of "makes me live" is rather "My love", but it could be the love author of the message is feeling (spiritual size).

It could mean it would be very difficult for the author to live without feeling this love.

So either we ask requester to give a bit more context, or we add this possibility in the remarks field.
